AI CoWorker · developed for you

The coworker who needs no desk.

A digital employee developed for your process, working end to end in your software.

Not a chatbot. A colleague with a memory.

A chatbot answers questions. An AI CoWorker gets work done, facing your customers, supporting your team or running quietly in the background.

  • Memory

It knows your company’s knowledge and every open case.

  • Action

It works in your ERP, CRM, email and documents.

  • Asks instead of guessing

If something is missing, it asks or hands over.

  • People decide

It submits what matters. You decide where that applies.

Security is part of the architecture.

A CoWorker acts inside your company, so it only does what it has been cleared to do. Every subtask runs in an isolated session with tightly limited permissions, and every action is logged.

  • Network isolation

No open internet access. Only explicitly approved services are reachable.

  • Least privilege

Permissions per user, trigger, task and file, with no blanket access.

  • Protection against manipulation

External content is data, never a command. A hidden instruction is assessed, not executed.

  • Complete audit trail

Every action is logged, and people approve what matters.

Data sovereignty and compliance.

Where your data lives, who processes it and under which rules.

  • Data storage

    To your requirements

Germany, the EU or on-premise in your environment, set per project.

  • Model processing

At the provider or in EU regions

Depending on the project. Processing exclusively within the EU can be agreed on request.

  • Models

    Model-agnostic

The right model for each task. Local open-source models are assessed project by project.

  • GDPR · Art. 28

    Data processing agreement

Drafted per project for your stack and requirements. Your data is never used to train third-party models.

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022

    ISMS, aligned with it

An information security management system following the framework of the standard.

Aligned with the transparency and risk control requirements.

Frequently asked questions.

What does an AI CoWorker cost?

It depends on the process, so we don’t quote flat rates. Development is a one-off fixed price that you know before the project starts. Operation is covered by a subscription sized to your usage. Both are set out in the offer you receive within 48 hours of the workshop.

Where is our data processed?

We set the storage location per project to your requirements: Germany, the EU or on-premise. We agree the provider and region for model processing with you as part of the project. Your data never trains third-party models, as set out in the data processing agreement, which we draft per project for your stack and requirements.

Do we need to change our systems?

No. The CoWorker works in the software your team already uses. Each interface is approved per use case. If one is missing, we develop it.

How quickly is a CoWorker ready?

Typically as a pilot after about 30 days. Until then it runs alongside your current process, so your team can review its work before it takes over.

What does the CoWorker do when it doesn’t know something?

It asks instead of guessing. If a detail is missing, it gets it from the customer or your team. If a case is unclear, it hands it to the person in charge with all the information.

Do we need Sokosumi or Masumi for this?

No. Standalone operation is the default, and the CoWorker works fully without Sokosumi and Masumi. On request, we list it on Sokosumi or connect it to other AI agents through Masumi.
