More markets. For other countries the CoWorker searches official domains such as europa.eu, bund.de, gov.uk or admin.ch and checks every source before it joins your watchlist.
Catalogues for eleven industries. Medical devices, pharma, chemicals, food, packaging, industrial, automotive, electronics, energy, finance and marketing.
A conversation, not a form.
The CoWorker asks what it needs to know, proposes a plan and only starts once you approve. After that it runs on schedule, and you dig into any item in your own words.
- 01
Profile
One question at a time: industry, products, materials, markets and your role.

What the CoWorker will watch and what you get. No run starts without your yes.

Shall I start the first run now?
Steps 01 and 02
First the plan, then the first run.
From your answers the CoWorker assembles the sources and shows you what it will watch. You approve, adjust (“only Germany, please”) or decline.
You approve scheduled runs once during setup. After that your report arrives at the agreed rhythm.

Recommended actions
- Audit AI-generated ad assets to map what falls under the Art. 50 transparency obligations.
- Implement disclosures across campaigns, paid social, email and landing pages before 2 August 2026.
- Update workflows: flag AI-generated assets for review in the brief.
- Legal check: confirm with counsel which systems are affected.
- Brief partners: pass obligations on to influencers and affiliates.
Step 04
Ask in your own words.
Reply with the number or describe the item. The CoWorker fetches the original text, the prior version if it changed, and suggests numbered steps.
Titles and original text stay in the language of the source, rationale and actions are written in yours. If a reference is unclear, it asks.
Fewer alerts. More you can rely on.
Six checks sit between source and report. What you already know drops out before an AI reads it. Every finding links its source, and every deadline is stated there verbatim.
- 01 · Fetch
New entries from the last seven days in your verified sources.
- 02 · Filter
Anything already reported drops out before any AI analysis. Nothing appears twice.
- 03 · Classify
Category, market, severity and a possible deadline for each item.
- 04 · Read in full
The CoWorker reads the linked document, not just the snippet in the feed.
- 05 · Match
Does it fit your profile? With rationale and action, weighted by your feedback.
- 06 · Verify deadline
A deadline only appears if it is stated verbatim in the source.

New, updated, superseded
When a rule changes, you see what is new and what was replaced. The prior version is kept.
Learning relevance filter
Say “not relevant” or “critical”. The CoWorker weights sources and topics accordingly from then on.
Protected against manipulation
Content from sources is data, never instructions. The CoWorker only looks for new sources on official domains.
Honest about gaps
If a source only delivers a teaser, the CoWorker says so. A run without findings is a normal result.
Tailored to your company.
The CoWorker is ready to use. During customisation utxo AG aligns it with your products, markets and processes.

Profile and markets
Industry, products, materials and target markets decide which sources the CoWorker reads and what counts as relevant.
Language and rhythm
Reports in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch, at the time you choose.
Your own and new sources
Add your own sources or let the CoWorker search for new ones. They only join your source pool once you approve them, checked like every other source.
Delivery
We set up how the report reaches you for your environment, for example as an email report.
Data and responsibility.
What the CoWorker reads, what it knows about you and where its job ends.
- Sources
Public and official
The CoWorker reads publicly available sources. It does not need your internal documents.
- Profile
Company facts, not personal data
Industry, products, markets and role. The only personal data is an optional email address.
- Hosting and models
Chosen together with you
The CoWorker is model-agnostic. We decide on provider, model and operation together.
- Approval
No run without your yes
The first run only starts once you approve the plan. You can change sources, schedule and profile at any time.
- Scope
Watch, triage, recommend
Not a compliance management system: no review of internal documents, no classification of your own AI systems.

Frequently asked questions.
Does the CoWorker replace our legal counsel?
No. The CoWorker watches, triages and recommends next steps. The legal assessment stays with your compliance or legal team. Where it matters, the CoWorker itself recommends checking with counsel.
Which markets and areas of law does the CoWorker cover?
The catalogue holds 89 verified sources for the EU, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands. The areas of law follow from your industry, such as the AI Act, the DSA, data protection, advertising law, medical devices, chemicals, packaging or financial supervision. For other markets it searches official domains. You can add your own sources at any time.
Does the CoWorker catch every change?
The CoWorker only reads sources that can be fetched reliably. Some portals block automated access, such as ECHA or Légifrance, and it does not monitor those. If a feed only delivers a teaser, it says so in the report and points to the source.
How do we know a deadline is right?
A deadline only appears if it is stated verbatim in the title, the snippet or the linked document of the source. The CoWorker discards any other date before the report. Every finding links to its source.
How do we receive the reports?
We set that up for your environment during customisation, for example as an email report. You choose rhythm and time zone; the default proposal is Monday at 08:00.
What does the Compliance CoWorker cost?
That depends on markets, sources and delivery into your environment, so we do not publish flat prices. We clarify the scope in the intro call, then you receive an offer.
