AI CoWorker · ready to use, customisable

Who to call, and why now.

Company dossiers and ranked leads from public sources, every data point cited.

Company research

Understand a company before you call.

How is a company positioned online, in its market, legally and technically? The CoWorker researches eight areas and brings them together in one dossier.

Sample data

In detail, with sources.

From the tech stack to the conversion path: you see where a company stands and where it leaves potential untapped. Every data point names its source, so your team can check it before the conversation.

  1. Web presence

Domain, tech stack, load times, SSL, CMS, SEO with keywords, meta data, backlinks and Domain Authority, content quality, conversion paths, mobile optimisation.

  2. Social media

Profiles, posting frequency, engagement rate, follower numbers, content strategy and brand voice.

  3. Market presence

Google Business Profile, reviews with star rating and response rate, local search rankings, industry directories.

  4. Competitors

Comparison with competitors on traffic, keywords, social reach and content strategy.

  5. Register and structure

Commercial register, VAT ID, year founded, legal form, sites and number of employees.

  6. Financials

Revenue where public, and growth data.

  7. Technology

Tools in use such as CRM, chat and analytics, plus an assessment of AI readiness.

  8. News and developments

Recent press releases, partners and awards.

Compared with the competition.

How a company performs against its competitors on traffic, keywords, social reach and content strategy. You choose the competitors, or the CoWorker suggests them.

Lead research

The right contacts at the right time.

The CoWorker finds companies that match your criteria, identifies the decision makers and spots signals that point to a need. The result is a prioritised lead list.

Sample data, fictional person

Why this lead, why now.

For every lead you see the signals behind its priority: a job ad, a tender, a new site. So outreach starts with a reason instead of a cold call.

  1. Contact details

Phone, general and direct email addresses of the contacts, physical address.

  2. Decision makers

Names, roles, LinkedIn profiles, career history and contact history.

  3. Company data

Industry, size, target group and current need.

  4. Intent signals

Tenders, job ads for AI and tech roles, social media activity and website content on relevant challenges.

  5. Tech stack

Software, tools and AI solutions in use, where visible.

  6. Financial indicators

Budget indicators, for example from job ads or announced investments.

  7. Network

Partners, investors and memberships in associations and clusters.

  8. Trigger events

Relocations, expansion, mergers and leadership changes.

From target profile to finished lead list.

You define who you are looking for. The CoWorker researches, sources every data point and hands the result to your team.

  1. Target profile

Public sources. Traceable data.

Lead research involves personal data, such as the names and roles of decision makers. That is why clear rules apply, and we agree them with you before the start.

  • Sources

    Publicly accessible

Registers, company websites, press, job portals, tenders and review platforms. We agree with you which of them are used.

  • Traceability

Every data point with its source

You see where a data point comes from and can check it before reaching out.

  • Data minimisation

    Only what the purpose needs

Together we limit the personal data collected to what your outreach actually requires.

  • GDPR

    Agreed with you

Legal basis, such as legitimate interest, information duties and retention periods are agreed with you before the start.

  • Data storage

    To your requirements

Germany, the EU or on-premise in your environment, set per project.

  • GDPR · Art. 28

    Data processing agreement

Drafted per project for your stack and requirements. Your data is not used to train third-party models.

Frequently asked questions.

Where does the data come from?

From publicly accessible sources such as the commercial register, company websites, press, job portals, tenders and review platforms. We agree with you which sources are used. Every data point names its source.

Can lead research be used in a GDPR-compliant way?

Yes, if the setup is right. Legal basis, information duties, data minimisation and retention periods are agreed with you before the start. This does not replace a legal assessment of your specific use, and it is not legal advice.

What does the CoWorker cost?

It depends on the scope of the customisation, so we don’t quote flat rates. Customising it for your company is a one-off fixed price that you know before the start. Operation is covered by a subscription.

How quickly is it ready?

The CoWorker is fully developed. What we adapt is the target profile, sources, output format and handover. We give you the schedule in the offer.

Does it replace our sales team?

No. It takes over research and preparation. Outreach, conversations and decisions stay with your team.

Does it work with our CRM?

We set up the handover to your CRM as part of the customisation. Alternatively, your team receives the results in the agreed format.

Where is the data processed?

We set the storage location per project to your requirements: Germany, the EU or on-premise. Your data never trains third-party models, as set out in the data processing agreement, which we draft per project for your stack and requirements.
