AI CoWorker · Sales

From first inquiry to closed deal.

Lena prepares quotes and negotiations with data from your systems, and your team approves.

Inquiry and quote

From inquiry to quote. No guesswork.

Lena reads the customer inquiry, asks for missing details and calculates with the data from your ERP and CRM. The finished quote is ready for approval.

Sample data

Every figure with its origin.

Price, surcharge, discount and payment terms come from your systems, not from an estimate. Next to the quote you see where each figure comes from. Your head of sales checks it in minutes instead of recalculating.

  • Asks instead of guessing

If material, quantity or date are missing, Lena asks the customer before she calculates.

  • Data from ERP and CRM

Price lists, surcharges, contracts and customer history, straight from your systems.

  • In your layout

The quote is created in your template, with your standard texts.

  • Approval before sending

The quote only goes to the customer after your yes.

Negotiation

Well prepared for every conversation.

Before a negotiation, Lena puts together what your team needs to know: customer history, open points, arguments and the limits you have set. You lead the conversation.

Sample data, fictional people

Prepared by Lena. Decided by you.

The briefing shows what the customer wants, what your contract says and where your room to move ends. Every argument names its source. You set the limits, Lena only applies them.

Conditions and special cases

Special cases caught before they get expensive.

Discount tiers, surcharges, framework agreements and exceptions: Lena checks every quote against your rules. Anything beyond them is flagged and sent to the right person.

Sample data

Your rules. Applied every time.

What your sales team keeps in their heads or in scattered files becomes a fixed rule: who may grant which discount, which contract applies, when a surcharge kicks in. Lena sticks to it and shows every exception openly.

Follow-up and closing

No quote gets left behind.

Lena keeps track of open deals, reminds you of deadlines and prepares the follow-up. Every morning your team sees what is due today.

From connection to approval.

We connect your systems, you set the rules. Then Lena works with your team, and every decision stays with you.

Process and fixed price

Lena prepares. You decide.

Sales is about prices, contracts and customer data. That is why clear rules apply, and we agree them with you before the start.

  • Approval

    Nothing sent without your yes

Quotes, conditions and emails only go to customers after approval by your team.

  • Permissions

    Set per system

Read access in ERP and CRM, drafts in the mailbox. Each interface is granted per use case.

  • Traceability

    Every figure with its origin

You see which price list, contract or customer reply a value comes from. Every action is logged.

  • Manipulation protection

    Customer emails are data

Content from inquiries and emails is treated as data, never as an instruction. An email cannot order Lena to grant a discount.

  • Data storage

    To your requirements

Germany, the EU or on-premise in your environment, set per project.

  • GDPR · Art. 28

    Data processing agreement

Drafted per project for your stack and requirements. Your data is not used to train third-party models.

Frequently asked questions.

Does the CoWorker send quotes on its own?

No, not without approval. It prepares quotes, briefings and follow-up emails as drafts. Whatever goes to customers is approved by a person on your team.

What happens if an inquiry is missing information?

It asks instead of guessing. Missing details such as material, quantity or delivery date are requested from the customer or your team before it calculates.

Which systems does it work with?

With the systems your sales team uses, such as ERP, CRM, price lists, contracts and email. Which systems are connected, and with which permissions, is agreed with you per use case. Missing interfaces are developed to fit.

How does it know our conditions and special cases?

From your systems and from the rules we define together: price rules, discount limits, framework agreements and exceptions. Anything outside these rules is flagged for approval.

Does it replace our sales team?

No. It takes over lookups, calculation and preparation. Conversations, negotiation and decisions stay with your team.

What does the CoWorker cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don’t quote flat rates. Development for your company is a one-off fixed price that you know before the start. Operation is covered by a subscription.

How quickly is it ready?

Typically as a pilot in about 30 days: workshop, fixed-price offer, development on your real data, a test run alongside your existing process, and go-live. We give you the exact schedule in the offer.

Where is the data processed?

We set the storage location per project to your requirements: Germany, the EU or on-premise. Your data never trains third-party models, as set out in the data processing agreement, which we draft per project for your stack and requirements.
