AI CoWorker · technical review

Every deviation. Precisely marked.

The CoWorker checks drawings, parts lists and specifications against your rules and marks every deviation at its exact location.

Drawing review

A second, thorough look at every document.

The CoWorker checks technical documents against your own rules or against the standards that apply to technical drawings. It marks deviations, contradictions and missing information at their exact location.

Sample data

Every finding at its exact location.

The CoWorker shows where the deviation is and names the rule it checked against. Your engineer sees straight away what needs clarifying, and decides.

  • Drawings

Dimensions, tolerances, title block and entries according to your drawing rules.

  • Parts lists

Items, designations and materials, cross-checked with the drawing.

  • Specifications

Requirements and references, cross-checked with drawing and parts list.

  • Test reports and documentation

Completeness and consistency according to the requirements you set.

Drawing, parts list, specification. One version.

Many errors arise between documents. The CoWorker cross-checks the details of a part across all documents and shows where they diverge.

Review report

A report your team can work with.

All findings in one place, with location, severity, recommendation and status. Your engineers accept, correct or dismiss each one.

Your rules or applicable standards.

You can provide your own rules, in-house standards and checklists. Without them the CoWorker checks against the standards and rules for technical drawings.

You define what is checked. The CoWorker reviews every incoming document against the same rules and hands the result to your team.

  1. Rules

    Your rules or applicable standards.

Your in-house standards, checklists and requirements. Without them the standards for technical drawings apply.

  2. Intake

    Documents come from your systems.

Drawing, parts list and specification, as your team files them.

  3. Review

    It checks and cross-checks.

Every document against your rules and all documents against each other.

  4. Decision

    Your engineers decide.

They accept, correct or dismiss, and the report records it.

Data and responsibility.

Technical documents are the core of your know-how. That is why clear rules apply, which we agree with you before the start.

  • Responsibility

The decision stays with your engineers

The CoWorker marks and explains. Approval, correction and sign-off lie with your team.

  • Traceability

Every finding with location and rule

You see where a deviation is and which requirement it was checked against, so every finding can be verified in the document.

Frequently asked questions.

Which documents does the CoWorker review?

Technical drawings, parts lists, specifications, test reports and technical documentation. We clarify with you before the start which document types and systems are involved.

Which standards does it check against?

Against your own rules if you provide them: in-house standards, internal guidelines and checklists. Without your own rules it checks against the standards and rules that apply to technical drawings. The review report does not replace a certification or a confirmation of conformity.

Does it replace the review by our engineers?

No. It takes over the recurring review work and prepares every finding with its location and rule. Whether a finding applies and how it is resolved is decided by your engineers.

How traceable are the findings?

Every finding names the exact location and the rule it was checked against, so it can be verified directly in the document. Because the same rules are applied the same way every time, the review is reproducible.

Does it work with our systems?

Yes. The CoWorker works with the systems where your documents are kept. We set up the connection as part of the development.

What does the CoWorker cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don’t quote flat rates. Developing it for your company is a one-off fixed price that you know before the start. Operation is covered by a subscription.

Where is the data processed?

We set the storage location per project to your requirements: Germany, the EU or on-premise. Your data never trains third-party models, as set out in the data processing agreement, which we draft per project for your stack and requirements.
